The Project
59 Denver St.
Back in 2022, I was called in by a REDFIN agent for an emergency situation at a home. The seller needed to be on the market in less than a month, and the property was in dire condition with a lot of personal belongings throughout, lots of vibrant colored walls, and a very outdated kitchen a color scheme throughout. Knowing we were on a time and budget crunch, I focused on cosmetic enhancements that could be done timely after we were able to clear out the space.

Overall, the project was a complete success. Not only did we pull off a complete transformation in under 30 days, but the property received multiple offers, and went contingent in under 2 weeks!

The Project
24 Piggott Ave.
Under unfortunate circumstances, the seller of the property had passed away unexpectedly, and I worked with the listing agent and the executor of estate to get the property ready for sale. He wanted to maximize his profit while being completely hands off to deal with family matters. Knowing how much work was needed, time was the important factor here to hit a hot market. The goal was to get the property to move in ready status without missing the market.
The Results
24 Piggott Ave.
Another successful result! With a focus on quick, cost effective cosmetic upgrades, the property was ready for the market in just under 3.5 weeks, and went contingent after the second weekend of open houses!
